It's christmas time...

...theres no need to be afraid, at christmas time, we let in light and we banish shade... I could go on, I will, and in our world of plenty... Yes it's christmas time, time to give and recieve presents. But the recievings the fun part, particualrly when this involves getting odd gifts. My favourite gift of the year has to be this:

You know, those wobbly men things from the generation show with that hilarious comedian, whats he called Jim Davidson (Did you know one of his many wives was an old school friend of my mum? no you didn't? do you care now that you do? whats that? you don't? oh shame). Anyway these wobbly men poser thingy magicys are brilliant, it turns out there used for art purposes, but wheres the fun in that? The fun of them is to stick them in the stupidist positions possible, some would stoop to the level of positioning them in smutty sexual positions. My one takes pride of place stuck in the silly position on top of my television that you see in the photo above. So when watching tv or DVDs, I can look up and smile at Derek. Whats that? I didn't tell you that I named him, yes I did, Derek Zoolander, named after the character of the film Zoolander, staring Ben Stiller. Why you ask? well because like Derek he's really really ridiculously good looking. Am I sad for naming him? I won't answer that question, and I'm not expecting you to either. Anyway I've forgotten the point in having a blog now for Little Britain Creative Crapola, was it to post interesting posts about the direction of the site and new stuff to be added, or was it to just post rambling posts about rubbish, possibly both.

Anyway I'll talk a little bit about what I have planned for the site, you may have seen the Britain-Aid video on the site. Well the best part of that video was the vicky pollard miming to Dizzy Rascal, well this being the case I plan to make a new music video starring just Vicky Pollard on her own miming to some Hip Hop Crap Chav-Tastic Urban Flavour track or summit or nuthin, the problem being I don't know what track to have, so this is where you my generous visitors can help, if you could suggest a track to choose for the video in the comments box, that would be great, thanks!

Seasonal Greeting from Little Britain Creative Crapola, or LBCC as I think I should call it in the blogs, you have no idea how long it takes to type Little Britain Creative Crapola! Oh crap I type Little Britain Creative Crapola Again, I'm wasting time, I should be doing something else! I should be! I should be! I'll end this Blog now before it rambles on into a load of old rubbish!

The British Comedy Awards

Yay! Little Britain won all three awards it was nominated for, Yay! The office won an award for it's writing, Yay! Matt Groening won an achievement award, Okay you may think I'm happy with the british comedy awards, my favourites won, well not all of them.

For some reason the best film of the year (in this person's opinion) did not win the best comedy film award! Yes I'm talking about the Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright Shaun of the Dead, possibly the best comedy film of the year, but instead the jury gave it to School of rock. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed school of rock, I've got it in my DVD collection. But shaun of the dead is a better film! Looking back at the past few years of the british comedy award, the jury as always decided to favour british films, Bend it like Beckham, Calender girls, but this year they chose to ignore shaun of the dead, a better film than previous winners of the award! Did I mention shaun of the dead is the best film of the year in my opinion? the best british film of the year, the best comedy film of the year, yet the jury chose to give it School of rock. Surely the celebrity support of the night might of meant they'd side with it, the huge cheers that shaun of the dead got compared to other films! Oh well at least Shrek 2 didn't win!

And further complaining from me (this is a bad introduction to my blog, you'll all think that it just consists of moaning!) but why cathrine tate won best newcomer over the boosh I don't know! For a start the Boosh is much funnier than the cathrine tate show, surely thats the most important reason to win a comedy award, and secondly the Boosh is more original than a mundane sketch show (critics of little britain, I ask not to comment!). Also the british comedy awards would of been a great public exposure for the boosh, due to the bbc2's idiotic scheduling the boosh is scheduled at 7pm on wednesdays, a terrible time to show comedy which is reflected in the viewing figures!

Oh well I'll calm down from my complaing, sit down and watch shaun of the dead again for the twelth time!

The first post!

Well hello, welcome to the blog of Little Britain Creative Crapola, (try saying that quickly"!). This blog (If I don't go all amnesiacy and forget about it!) should have my musings about Little Britain, the site (E.g. what stuff I might have on the site, thoughts about new site updates) and generally rambling about crap which only the bored would be interested in!

Anyway, this is only a short introduction to my blog, more ramblings to come, when and If I remember about this blog! Good Bike!
